This is a fan made wave based fighting game based on the show RWBY. Called RWBY Grimm Eclipse. The company liked the game so much they hired the 19 year old to make an official game for the company. So if you want a job in certain industries you have to make something and get it out there for people to find. Every now and then people also get involved with games or anime via kickstarter and other crowd funding. So try and make contact with them and see if you can help or potently get hired.
A voice actor I went to high school with mentioned the hard part is getting in the door. So try and find audition rolls for any random series's you can. Once you get in you can start to move up. Maybe even branch out.
